Waterblommetjie Festival

Join us at Windmeul Cellar for a day of waterblommetjies, local produce, wine and family fun.

The popular waterblommetjie potjiekos competition returns, with teams competing for the winning title. The competition runs from 08h00 to 14h30, with judging taking place between 12h00 and 14h30. Contact wines@windmeul.com for entry details.

Browse the Windmeul Farmers’ Market from 08h00 to 14h00, enjoy breakfast until 11h00, and stock up on your favourite Windmeul wines between 09h00 and 15h00. A special waterblommetjie and wine pairing will be available from 10h00 to 12h00.

Start your morning with Run The Vines, offering 5 km, 10 km and 17 km routes. Live music will keep the festival going from 10h00 to 16h00, while younger visitors can enjoy the jumping castle, face painting and balloon twisting.
