Windmeul Cellar Ultimate Farmer’s Market Day Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

This competition is open only to South African residents aged 18 and over who have subscribed to the Windmeul Cellar Newsletter. Employees of Windmeul Cellar and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Competition Period:

The competition begins on 06 July 2024 and ends on 09 September 2024. Entries submitted before or after the specified period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter:

No purchase is necessary. Enter by subscribing to the Windmeul Cellar Newsletter during the competition period. Subscribers must remain subscribed at the time of the draw to be eligible.

4. Prize:

The winner will receive a package that includes breakfast for two, a barrel tasting for two, an R1000 voucher for use at the Farmer’s Market (the R1000 voucher cannot be used to buy wine), and a case of red reserve wine. The prize is valid for use on only one of the following farmer’s market days: 5 October, 2 November, or 7 December. The winner must notify Windmeul Cellar of the chosen date they wish to attend the farmer’s market at least [number] days in advance. The prize does not include any travel costs or flights to the cellar; winners residing outside of the Western Cape are responsible for their own travel arrangements.

5. Selection of Winner:

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period. The draw will take place on 13 September 2024.

6. Notification of Winner:

The winner will be notified via email on the day of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 4 days of notification, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Privacy:

Participants’ information will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Windmeul Cellar, as well as for administering the competition and prize fulfilment.

8. General:

By entering this competition, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions. Windmeul Cellar reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or outside the control of Windmeul Cellar.
